Nail Services — what's right for me?

Gel Polish Manicure

Best for strong, short nails with a low-impact lifestyle. Gel polish lasts around 2 weeks before needing removal.

Gel Manicure with Bio Gel Base

A durable treatment gel base coat that extends the life of gel polish — a thinner application with more durability than standard gel. Lasts around 3 weeks.

Builder in a Bottle (BIAB)

A thicker, more durable gel that bends and flexes with your natural nail. Great for hands-on lifestyles and growing out natural nails. BIAB is refillable — colour is filed down, builder rebalanced, and a new colour applied each visit.

Bio Sculpture Gel Manicure

Developed using high-quality ingredients with flexible properties to bend and flex with the nail's natural movements. Protects while allowing growth.

IBX Treatment

A professional natural nail treatment that helps improve nail growth, strengthens the nail plate, and protects against gel polish damage. Can be done solo or as an add-on.

Hard Gel Extensions

Similar feel to SNS and acrylic — non soak-off, non-flexible. For people who find gel lifts quickly or who want substantial length added to natural nails.

Bio Sculpture Gel Extensions

Create instant nail length with flexible, soak-off gel. Great for softer nail beds where a soak-off extension is preferred.

Gel-X Extensions

Pre-sized full-cover gel tips — soak-off extensions ideal for instant length with easy removal.

How long will my nails last?

This varies by lifestyle and nail care. We recommend soaking off or changing nails at around 3 weeks to avoid lifting and bending, which can damage natural nails.

Waxing for all bodies

So you've booked a wax! Here are tips to reduce discomfort and get the best result.

Before your wax

  • Gently exfoliate the morning of your appointment. Do not moisturise beforehand — it makes hair slippery and harder to grip.
  • Wear loose, baggy clothing so skin can breathe.
  • If worried about pain, take 1–2 paracetamol 30–40 minutes before — it can help, though not for everyone.
  • Hair should be at least 0.5 cm, ideally closer to 1 cm. If it's longer than 1.5 cm, a trim to about 1 cm helps.

Immediately after your wax

  • Some redness or prickly heat is normal — it should ease within a few hours.
  • No tight clothing — let your skin breathe.
  • No hot showers — cooler water reduces inflammation.
  • No sunbathing for at least 12 hours.
  • No swimming, spas, or saunas for 24 hours.
  • Apply tea tree or witch hazel lotion — avoid other topical products for at least 12 hours.

3–10 days after your wax

  • Use a soft brush or exfoliating glove to gently buff the area every 2–3 days — especially day 3 through to day 10.
  • Use a product like Legole Anti Ingrown Hair Serum or Bump eRaiser (available at Priceline) after showering.
  • Following aftercare makes your next wax quicker and less painful.

How long will it last?

If you're new to waxing, you may notice some regrowth within 7 days–2 weeks due to naturally staggered hair cycles. Regular waxing leaves the area hair-free for 3–6 weeks, and density may decrease over time.
