Cancellation & No-show
We understand things happen outside your control. As a small business, managing late cancellations and no-shows is challenging — we have staff who need to be paid and business costs to cover.
Cancelled within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee charged.
Rescheduled within 24 hours: treated as a late cancellation — 50% fee applies.
No notice within 2 hours, or no-show: 100% of booked service charged.
Changed your mind within 24 hours or on the day (e.g. removing nail art or downgrading the service): you will be charged for the original booking. Time has been set aside specifically for you.
Illness
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. This keeps our clients and staff safe.
Contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of your booking, a 50% late cancellation fee applies.
If you attend while unwell or displaying symptoms, you may be turned away and charged a 100% no-show fee.
Repairs
All services include a complimentary repair within the first week of service, depending on the lifestyle of the client and condition of their nails.
Every repair after that will be charged at $15+ per nail.
This does not include repair of normal polish.

We ensure all our services are gender neutral, and do not assume that body parts will determine gender, particularly when it comes to waxing.
All clients and staff must respect people's pronouns and never presume an individual's gender.
Any client or staff member found to not follow this standard of behaviour, either verbally or physically, will be asked to leave immediately.
